Adults meet for Torah Lishma Sunday morning from 10:15 - 12:00, beginning at 10:15 in the sanctuary, for Morning Minyan. In Pirke Avot 6:6, we read that "The Torah is greater than the priesthood and than royalty because royalty is acquired through thirty virtues, the priesthood twenty-four, while the "Torah is acquired through forty-eight virtues." Each week we will explore one or more of these Jewish virtues or values (in Hebrew a "middah") from the list of forty-eight provided in Pirke Avot.
